COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)
Dear Parents,
We recognize that the COVID-19 virus has required all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Daily, our Preschool is working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning. Our Preschool health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from handwashing hygiene and cleaning product specifications to learning room and common area cleaning procedures. Specific steps we are taking as a Preschool are listed here:
Hand Hygiene: Proper and frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our meetings, our teachers are reminded that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our students.
Ongoing Training: In addition to training on classroom hygiene protocols, our teachers are watching videos regarding COVID-19 best practices for prevention.
Real Time Information: We has launched an internal communications chatroom with the latest news and information associates can use to prepare for and respond to COVID-19.
Class Rooms: Our teachers use cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms in a more rigorous approach, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.
Public Spaces: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, bathrooms and even personal items like keys and cell phones.
Back of House: In the spaces where teachers work “behind the scenes,” we are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like teacher's room and main office.
Event Notification: If we are alerted to a case of COVID-19 at one of our classrooms, we will immediately send a notification to all parents.
We take the health of our staff and students very seriously all the time but especially now during this COVID-19 virus.

Queridos Padres de Familia,
Nosotros conocemos que el virus COVID-19 a requerido que todos nosotros seamos más precavidos a medidas que hacemos nuestras actividades regulares. Diariamente, nuestro Preescolar está trabajando para asegurar que las últimas guías de higiene y limpieza sean seguidas. Nuestras medidas de seguridad y salud del Preescolar están diseñadas para combatir un rango grande de virus, incluyendo el COVID-19, y cubre todos los procedimientos desde higiene de manos y productos de limpieza específicos para las salones de clases y áreas comunes. Pasos específicos que tomamos como preescolar estan aqui:
Higiene de Manos: Lavarse las manos bien y frecuentemente es vital para combatir la propagación de virus. En nuestra reuniones, se les recuerda a los maestros que la línea de limpieza empieza con este simple acto. Es muy importante para su salud y la de nuestros estudiantes.
Entrenamiento: En adicción a los entrenamientos de protocolo de higiene de los salones de clases, nuestros maestros están viendo videos de mejores prácticas de prevención relacionados con el virus COVID-19.
Información del momento: Nosotros hemos creado una comunicación interna con las últimas noticias de información para el preparamiento y respuesta a el virus COVID-19.
Salones de clases: Nuestros maestros usan protocolo de limpieza y desinfección de los salones de clases en forma rigurosa, y con atención particular a los objetos más tocados.
Espacios Públicos: incrementado la frecuencia de limpieza y desinfección en áreas públicas, con enfoque a el escritorio principal, perilla de puertas, baños e incluso objetos personales como celulares.
Parte trasera de la casa: En espacios donde los maestros trabajan "Atras del escenario", hemos incrementado la frecuencia de limpieza y enfocarnos en áreas más tocadas como el cuarto de los maestros y oficina principal.
Notificación de evento: Si somos informado de un caso del COVID-19 en unos de nuestros salones de clases, nosotros vamos a enviar un comunicado inmediato a todos los Padres de Familia..
Nosotros tomamos la salud de nuestros maestros y estudiantes muy en serio todo el tiempo pero especialmente ahora durante el brote del virus COVID-19.
